Breast cancer (BC) is a life-threatening disorder characterized by uncontrolled cell growth [1], leading to mortality in women across the globe [2]. BCs that are luminal or estrogenic account for approximately 70% of cases in which estrogen promotes the growth of cancer cells [3]. Furthermore, 65% of these cases have been identified as “PR-positive” as a response to progesterone [4], while 20% are HER2+, showing overexpression of the HER2 oncogene [5].
