This research presents a cylindrical Hall micro thruster (CHMT) and performs thrust measurements to meet the demand for micro thrusters for high-precision space science missions. At a xenon mass flow rate of 0.036 mg/s and a discharge voltage range of 300 to 1600 V, the CHMT can output a continuous thrust from 0.5 to 27 N with a considerable optimization space.

Abstract Large drag force and severe heating are two major issues encountered in the development of hypersonic vehicles. As an active control technology, the application of a counterflowing jet to hypersonic vehicles to reduce the wave drag and heat flux has attracted extensive attention.

Tuberculosis is still the widest spread infectious disease in the world, and more in-depth studies are needed on the interaction between the pathogen and the host. Due to the highest lipid components in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the CD1 family that specifically presents antigenic lipids plays important roles in the antituberculosis immunity, especially CD1c, which functions as the intracellular Ag inspector at the full intracellular range.
