1 INTRODUCTION Sharing economy, an emerging business model, facilitates the shared creation and consumption of products and services between individuals (Baumber et al., 2021; Wirtz et al., 2019). According to Wirtz et al. (2019), compared with a traditional business model which is usually one-sided, sharing economy is a multisided business model that facilitates value co-creation by all stakeholders involved within this eco-system.
