Charles Clement’s Biography

A resident of Juneau, Alaska, Charles Clement works as president and chief executive officer of Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC). He began working for the health-care firm in February 2012. Charles Clement oversees the daily operation of the firm and helps the executive leadership team manage nearly 1,000 employees. During his time with the firm, SEARHC has expanded its services and increased revenue.

Before joining SEARHC, Charles Clement worked at Southcentral Foundation (SCF) as special assistant to the president. He also served as director of information technology and he helped to create and deploy advanced information systems. When he left SCF in 2012, he was the vice president and chief operating officer at the tribal health and wellness organization.

An active individual, Mr. Clement enjoys mountain climbing, biking, and running. In addition, he has been involved with several organizations, including Healing Hands Foundation, Pacifica Northern Academy, the Cisco Systems Technical Advisory Board, and the Alaska Native Professional Association.
