I am an investor in Sacramento and an agent. I have been getting more involved into intentional co-living spaces such as care homes (sober living, senior care...etc.) and I wanted to see if there are other investors or operators on here? - Tell me what kind of home you operate and how your experience has been. - I would love to connect and get more involved.

I’m curious how others here think about senior housing as an asset class. For those who have looked into it (or invested): What initially made you consider senior living? Was it demographics, returns, operations, or something else? If you’ve acquired assets in this class, how has it been going so far? It’s a space that blends real estate and operations more than many asset classes, and I’m interested in hearing what actually draws people in from an investor standpoint. Appreciate any perspectives.
