A South Burlington investigation into money disappearing from a home safe has led to felony charges against the lieutenant of the Essex Junction Fire Department.According to court documents, police say Anthony Leclair was caught on hidden cameras accessing a safe inside his fiancée's father's home.Investigators said the case started after a South Burlington family noticed money repeatedly going missing from a safe in the White Street home of Roger Parent.
