Cheantay Jensen’s Biography

Cheantay Jensen is a reporter and award-winning videographer who covers a variety of topics from crime to education but predominantly art, food, entertainment and culture for the Long Beach Post.

Cheantay graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2019 with a B.A. degree in Journalism. Her work has been published in the Long Beach Post, the Long Beach Business Journal, Rogue Magazine, LA Canvas, and the Daily 49er.

Prior to her position with the Long Beach Post, Cheantay interned with a now defunct hyper-local Long Beach newspaper, The Edge.
