ADA2 high tumor cell-derived inosine induces an immunosuppressive microenvironment in gastric cancer by promoting macrophage M2 polarization
Abstract Metabolic alterations within the tumor microenvironment (TME) can reshape the polarization state of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and weaken antitumor immunity, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we integrated multiple gastric cancer (GC) single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) datasets and identified a tumor cell population with high adenosine deaminase 2 (ADA2) expression that is significantly associated with poor prognosis.
Pairing without γ -pocket in the La 3 Ni 2 O 7 thin film
Abstract High-temperature superconductivity in La3Ni2O7 ultrathin films at ambient pressure, while the γ-pocket previously proposed to be crucial for superconductivity in La3Ni2O7 may not exist in the Fermi surface of the film, raising questions about the pairing mechanism. Using density functional theory + U calculations, we obtain a band structure without the γ-pocket and study pairing via weak- and strong-coupling approaches.
Vision-based human pose estimation for intelligent sports training and teaching assistance
Abstract Vision-based human pose estimation can support intelligent sports training and teaching, but fast motion, motion blur, occlusion, background interference, and computational constraints remain challenging in practical scenarios. This study proposes a sports-oriented framework integrating motion deblurring, target tracking, and a lightweight high-resolution pose estimator termed GSANet.
Classification of magnetism and altermagnetism in quasicrystals
Abstract Altermagnetism (AM), an unconventional magnetic phase characterized by zero net magnetism protected by symmetry(s) other than parity-time (\({\mathcal{P}}{\mathcal{T}}\)) and a resulting spin-split band, has been studied exclusively in crystalline materials. Here, we extend the framework of AM to quasicrystals (QCs).

Refractory heart failure due to acquired aortic coarctation after total arch replacement: find the right antidote!
Introduction Aortic coarctation with a discrete narrowing of the aorta, accounting for ~5% of congenital heart diseases,1 is an uncommon cause of heart failure. Thereinto, adult-onset acquired aortic coarctation, usually secondary to trauma and atherosclerotic/atheroembolic disease, is much rarer and idiopathic to lead to acute heart failure, and there are only sporadic reports.2-4 Endovascular therapy has been reported in post-traumatic aortic coarctation.

A Stepwise‐Clustered Precipitation Downscaling Method for Ensemble Climatic Projections in the Mediterranean Region
1 Introduction The Mediterranean region is one of the benchmark areas to identify the impacts of climate changes on precipitation regimes (Giorgi 2006). This area is composed of 22 countries located in Asia, Europe and Africa, forming the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Center for Mediterranean Cooperation. In this union, the unique Mediterranean climate, or dry summer climate, is characterised by low annual precipitation, mild and wet winter, and hot and dry summer.

Interplay of two ${E}_{g}$ orbitals in superconducting ${\mathrm{La}}_{3}{\mathrm{Ni}}_{2}{\mathrm{O}}_{7}$ under pressure
The discovery of high-Tc superconductivity (SC) in La3Ni2O7 (LNO) has aroused a great deal of interest. Previously, it was proposed that the Ni-3dz2 orbital is crucial to realize the high-Tc SC in LNO. The preformed Cooper pairs therein acquire coherence via hybridization with the 3dx2−y2 orbital to form the SC. However, we held a different viewpoint that the interlayer pairing s-wave SC is induced by the 3dx2−y2 orbital, driven by the strong interlayer superexchange interaction.
