News The transaction comprised two elements: the first, a share purchase in respect of one site, which is to be redeveloped and provided as a ‘turn-key’ facility later in 2026; and the second, a business asset purchase in respect of the other site. The asset purchase completed on 22 October 2025, with the share purchase exchanging on 14 October 2025 with completion to follow on conclusion of the development.
