CLEVELAND — When Masataka Yoshida stepped to the plate in the seventh inning Sunday, he tried not to make the moment bigger than any other bases-loaded, two-out situation would be late in a tie game. He knew, however, that his at-bat meant a little more this time around. Just two innings prior, Yoshida — making a rare start in left field — lost a lazy fly ball off the bat of José Ramírez and the miscue led to two runs to let the Guardians take a 4-3 lead.
