What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Gimp, Google Docs, Audacity, and Grammarly.

Who do you wish followed you?

Jason Schreier. He wrote an amazing report about where EA's Anthem went so wrong, and it sticks with me to this day.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

On my old dog blog, I wrote an article explaining Task Analysis. For how complex the topic is, the article came out pretty well.

What's your favorite drink?

I have a soft spot for a cafe au lait using dark roast coffee and milk tea coffee. These drinks power me through my day.
