Chris Sund is a business executive and author who writes about leadership, sales, culture, and the healthcare workforce.

He is President and COO of Uniti Med, GQR Healthcare, and Nebula, an AI-powered talent sourcing platform. Over the past decade in healthcare staffing, he helped build Uniti Med from a startup into one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the country, growing the core brand 10x and the organization 7x. The company was named #3 in the Midwest on the Inc. Regionals list and recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace.

He is the bestselling author of You Are Capable of More: A No-Excuses Guide to Becoming Your Best Self (Game Changer Publishing) and hosts the Amplify Speakers Podcast. His writing appears in Inc. and Forbes.

Sund serves as Vice President of the NATHO Board of Directors and will become President in May 2027. He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified speaker, trainer, and coach, a member of the Forbes Business Council and the Inc. Leadership Forum, and a Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.

Before healthcare, he spent a decade in the restaurant and beverage industry, managing restaurants and later leading sales and marketing for a brewery.
