WINDSOR -- Union, business and industry leaders in Windsor-Essex are closely watching NAFTA negotiations that are underway in Washington. "We are watching these negotiations to see what the impact will be to us and our operations," says Laurie Tannous, the Vice-President of Government and Industry Relations for Farrow in Windsor. Tannous tells CTV Windsor some of the priorities outlined by the United States present a threat to Windsor businesses.

Windsor police are using new technology they hope will help them find the break they are looking for in an almost 45-year-old cold case. CTV News has learned that FCA Canada and local authorities are investigating a complaint of racial harassment at the Windsor Assembly Plant. The plant is currently on shut down, but many employees and contractors are still there working on the retooling. The alleged incident involved one of those workers. Sources say the alleged incident involves a black employee who claims while on a break a rope was left in the area of where that employee had been working.
