(KTLA) – A former child actor filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, claiming he was sexually assaulted by the music mogul while at a 2007 networking event in the Hollywood Hills, documents obtained by outlets including USA Today and TMZ show. Court documents obtained by the outlets say Doe was a working child actor at the time.

Comedian and actor Tracy Morgan is going viral for comments he made on the most recent episode of Variety’s “Actors on Actors.” During a conversation with “Saturday Night Live” star Marcello Hernandez, Morgan said he “can’t stand teachers.” Hernandez told Morgan that in school, he was told he talked too much. “I was excessive talking,” he explained. “They told me I did mischief.” “No… they didn’t understand you,” Morgan explained. “You had a sense of humor and they couldn’t control that.
