It’s windy in Paris’s Tuileries Garden, the chalky gravel swirling into miniature sandstorms, and Roseberry’s brown suede boots and black parka windbreaker are lightly covered in the dust. At age 40, the designer is strikingly handsome, with dark brown eyes, olive skin, and a silvering close-cropped beard.
