1 Case Report A 28-year-old male with Ebstein's anomaly presented with acute loss of ventricular pacing, identified during a routine pacemaker check. His medical history was complex, including a Danielson tricuspid valve repair, atrial septal defect closure, and a bidirectional Glenn shunt as part of a 1.5 ventricle repair in 2005, followed by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support and mechanical tricuspid valve replacement later that year due to severe right heart failure.
