The American Red Cross has declared it's second-ever National Blood Supply Crisis. The severe blood shortage has officials urging eligible donors to roll up their sleeves. The Red Cross said they have less than one-day national supply of type O positive blood. That's the most commonly transfused blood type, saving the lives of patients facing critical and life-threatening emergencies across the US.

UPPER MT. BETHEL TWP., Pa. - As late July storms roll in, people around the region are trying to stay dry. Scattered downpours formed puddles, decreased visibility and soggy grounds in the Lehigh Valley on Tuesday. Heavy rain led to flooding in some parts of the region and could lead to more as the night goes on. In Lehigh County, a car could be seen submerged in flooded waters and stuck on the Route 378, just after 8th Avenue in Bethlehem.
