She is Global Investigations Editor at the independent media platform openDemocracy, where she leads a team of more than 12 investigative journalists tracking organised opposition to women's and LGBTIQ rights around the world. Previously Claire worked as a data journalist at The Guardian and was a fellow at the Centre for Investigative Journalism at the University of London.
