The purpose of this article was to describe age- and gender-specific regional trends in MVPA and screen time for Canadians aged 12+ years from 2018 to 2021. Our results suggest substantial regional and age-related variations in how MVPA levels were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic across Canada.

This study aimed to examine the association between adherence to the 24-hour movement guidelines and self-rated health among Chinese adolescents. A cross-sectional study was conducted, comprising Chinese adolescents from three cities. Results showed that adherence to the 24-hour movement guidelines, along with different combinations of recommendations, was associated with better self-rated health.
