Avalanche and expansion draft: Who will Colorado protect from the Kraken?
The Seattle Kraken will choose one player from 30 of the NHL’s 31 current teams in the July 21 expansion draft (Vegas Golden Knights excluded). They went on to squeeze into the playoffs and shockingly sweep the Tampa Bay Lightning in the first round, but then bowed out in the second.
