Прелести старушки The Sims 2
SYZYGY: Three Wins Begin to Align
The Playoff Stars are Beginning to Align For the Ravens Recently I had the opportunity to be the guest speaker for Ravens Nest 1 in Bel Air, MD. Among the things we discussed were the similarities of Ravens’ playoff teams of the past. Clearly there’s a style of play, a pattern of success that aligns with the franchise’s battle tested credos and philosophies about winning football. And this edition of the Ravens, just feels right. It feels like things are aligning.
HOT TAKES: Monken is.a Man on Fire While the Ravens Get Scary
Since he arrived, Todd Monken has been the target of criticism. After all, isn’t it a rite of passage for Baltimoreans to criticize their team’s offensive coordinators? This is year 2 for Monken in Baltimore. Year 1 ended in a rather unsavory way. The aftermath of the Ravens loss to the Chiefs at M&T Bank Stadium during the AFC Championship Game left a bitter, bitter taste in the mouths of Ravens fans. The offensive game plan was a disaster and consequently, the team failed.
THE BIG CRAB CAKE: Give One to the GOAT
We’ve seen it happen in sports before. A player gets the yips. Hoops players suddenly can’t hit a free throw. A second baseman can’t throw to first. A golfer develops a case of the shanks. It happens to even the most accomplished professional athletes and when it does, it creeps into their heads, weighs on their minds and erodes confidence. Enter Justin Tucker. For Tucker, the first four weeks of the season were a struggle.
The Ravens are Wheeling, Dealing & Stealing
It has been reported that Ravens GM Eric DeCosta did all that he could to upgrade the team’s tailback position prior to the October 31 trade deadline. For whatever reason, it just didn’t happen. The effort was never meant to be a slight towards Gus Edwards. It was more about fortifying a position that will be more and more critical as inclement weather begins to affect games more frequently.

Out to Lunch: Winning THERE is A Fine Time to Ignore the Bigger Picture
Stick to the Plan It was a quintessential Ravens win. And they managed to beat the Steelers with a third-string, undrafted quarterback. How? It’s very simple. The Ravens played … Read More →
Out to Lunch: Ravens on OBJ's List...Somewhere
Happy Purple Friday once again, Ravens Flock! If you’re anything like me, you’re currently battling through the after effects of a torrential food coma and looking forward to a weekend full of some incredible football.
BOLD PREDICTIONS: Ravens at Jaguars
Riding a four-game winning streak, the Baltimore Ravens (7-3) travel to battle the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-7) at TIAA Bank Field (1 p.m. kickoff). The Ravens are (4-1) on the road this season and enter this game against the Jaguars as 3 ½ point favorites. Jacksonville has lost six of its last 7 games, most recently to the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead, by the score of 27-17. The Jaguars feature the NFL’s 9th-ranked offense and the 23rd-ranked defense.
Out to Lunch: Ravens-Steelers as a Thanksgiving Tradition?
This Wednesday brought good news about a player many seem to have forgotten about, as free agent acquisition S Marcus Williams returned to practice: In his first two games as a Raven, Williams played extremely well, notching three interceptions and proving that GM Eric DeCosta made the right call getting the defense a true ball hawk at the back end of the secondary.
Cowards Take Center Stage on Ravens Twitter
Darin McCann Darin McCann grew up in Maryland a fan of all things Baltimore — with a special emphasis on the city’s sports teams. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and has worked as a journalist since the years still started with “19," covering everything from sports to crime throughout his career. He now lives in the Bethany Beach, Del. area with his wife and daughter, and continues to shout angry and profane things at his television during most sporting events.
Baltimore Ravens: Bold Predictions

The Ravens are (3-2) in games at NYJ (1-1 under Coach Harbaugh) and oddsmakers have the visitors listed as 7 point favorites this time around.
Bold Predictions for Super Wild Card Weekend
While we all wish we were watching the Ravens this weekend, it’ll be nice to have a (mostly) stress-free Super Wild Card weekend. We’re having a little competition here at RSR. We’ll give one point for picking the correct winner, another for getting the score right against the betting line. Here’s how we see it… And assorted details, from a few who had more to say… Rob Shields Raiders @ Bengals The Raiders secondary is going to get lit up.
Teufel Connector hi-res streaming?
I'm considering buying a Teufel Connector 2 to replace my Chromecast Audio because my CCA stutters at hi sample rates, like 96kHz and 192kHz. Does anybody have experience streaming Qobuz hi-res with the Connector 2? Stutters? Skips?
Primephonic and Chromecast Audio bitrate?
When I cast Primephonic's hi-res stream to a Chromecast Audio, my DAC (via Toslink) only receives a stream at bitrate of 44.1 or 48KHz. Anybody have experience or suggestions for solving this? Details: When I cast Primephonic hi-res tracks (say, 24bit / 96KHz), my DAC's display only shows 44.1KHz or 48KHz, depending on the track, mostly 44.1 KHz. Listening with headphones, I can hear that the track is not fully hi-res. The sound quality is good, but not awe-inspiring.
NAD C338 stream quality display?
Can the NAD C338 display the stream quality, like 24/192? I read a PDF if its manual, but didn't find anything about displaying the stream quality. Is there an NAD app that does this? Or do you just have to accept on faith that the device is playing the quality that your phone's app (like Qobuz or Primephonic) says that it is streaming? Thanks
Bit-perfect Bluetooth from Android?
Is it possible to stream bit-perfect audio to a Bluetooth-capable DAC like the Topping D50s? In other words, I don't want Android to change/convert/adulterate the stream from Qobuz or Primephonic while transmitting via Bluetooth. I want bit-perfect streams to reach the DAC. Does that bit-perfect stream happen automatically, or does one need to configure the phone? I know that Android typically downsamples hi-res audio to 16/44 when playing the audio through headphone or USB-C jacks.
Entry-level DAC with Chromecast built in?
I'm new to the audiophile hardware world. I have a 20-year-old pairing of a NAD receiver and KEF speakers that I like a lot. I'd like to cast Primephonic hi-res music from my phone to my receiver. Is there an entry-level DAC with Chromecast built in? I know about Chromecast Audio, but it tops out at 24/96. Many of the Primephonic tracks are 24/192. From an OCD standpoint, I would also like the idea of a DAC with lights to indicate the stream quality.
Android 10 USB output quality?
Has the audio USB output quality increased with the release of Android 10? I've read online that Android limits the audio output through USB to 16/44. But then I found this Android open source project Article that suggests that now with Android 10 audio is allowed to 24+/192. I listen to headphones with an ifi Hip-dac. When I listen to a 24/192 track on Primephonic, the dac lights only light up green, indicating a stream of less than 192. My phone is running Android 10.
