Single‐dose pharmacokinetics and safety of ACC017, a novel HIV integrase inhibitor, in healthy adult participants: A first‐in‐human study
32 Background: Since 2018, the World Health Organization has recommended integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) as first-line and second-line antiretroviral therapies for all people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). ACC017 is a novel INSTI with potent anti-HIV activity, an in vitro resistance profile different from those of other INSTIs and favourable preclinical safety and pharmacokinetic properties, which is being developed for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.

Asymmetric addition of nucleophiles to α,β-unsaturated compounds is one of the most direct and common methods to obtain chiral Michael addition products [3].

High-spin states of Cs133 have been studied using the fusion-evaporation reaction Te130(Li7,4n)Cs133 at a beam energy of 32 MeV. The previously reported level scheme of Cs133 is extended and modified with the addition of nearly 30 new γ transitions. A pair of nearly degenerate positive-parity doublet bands are identified and assigned the same πd5/2⊗νh11/2−2 configuration.

Abstract Wet-assembly hybrid bonded/bolted (WHBB) joint is a kind of sealing fastener that contains sealant both in bolt-hole clearance and between CFRP laminates, which is increasingly applied in composite aircraft fuel tanks. As the guarantee of tensile strength and sealing performance, the thickness and interface characteristics of bolt-hole sealant layer are investigated by a newly developed comprehensive evaluation method in this paper.

As electrons are progressively introduced, the clusters undergo significant changes in geometry, stability, and electronic properties.
Coordination-bond-driven fabrication of crack-free photonic crystals
The self-assembled fabrication of large-area opal photonic crystals (PCs) that are free of cracks has remained a challenge which greatly limits the practicality of such a structure in optical and electronic applications. We report a new route in this paper for fabricating centimeter scale crack-free opal PC films in which the latex spheres are bound together through coordination bonds.
