Ginsenoside Rb1 alleviates uterine aging via AMPK-mediated mTOR inactivation
Abstract Uterine aging impairs fertility and reproductive health, but the underlying pathogenic mechanisms and effective treatment strategies remain elusive. Defective endometrial decidualization and implantation failure are hallmarks of uterine aging, which can be driven by cellular senescence, especially in endometrial stromal cells (EnSCs). Rb1 has been reported to relieve cellular senescence by suppressing oxidative and inflammatory pathways.
Correction: Electroacupuncture at Baliao points added to anorectal biofeedback for spinal cord injury–related neurogenic bowel dysfunction: a single-center prospective preference-allocated comparative study
A Correction on Electroacupuncture at Baliao points added to anorectal biofeedback for spinal cord injury–related neurogenic bowel dysfunction: a single-center prospective preference-allocated comparative study By Liao M, Huang X and Mo D (2026). Front. Med. 13:1866886. doi: 10.3389/fmed.2026.1866886 The funder Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Project of Wuhan Municipal Health Commission, Grant No. WZ22Q02 to Mingxuan Liao was erroneously omitted.
Electroacupuncture at Baliao points added to anorectal biofeedback for spinal cord injury–related neurogenic bowel dysfunction: a single-center prospective preference-allocated comparative study
Abstract Background: Neurogenic bowel dysfunction (NBD) after spinal cord injury (SCI) remains difficult to manage in rehabilitation practice. Anorectal biofeedback targets defecatory coordination, whereas electroacupuncture at Baliao points may provide an additional sacral-region intervention. This study evaluated short-term between-group associations when Baliao electroacupuncture was added to anorectal biofeedback; it was not designed to isolate an electroacupuncture-specific effect.

HOPX is required for the generation of umbilical cord blood-derived memory-like NK cells induced by three cytokines
Abstract Background: Natural killer (NK) cells represent a highly promising form of cancer immunotherapy. Recent studies have utilized umbilical cord blood (UCB) as a source of NK cells and achieved encouraging results. However, several challenges remain, including the limited number of NK cells that can be obtained from UCB, as well as the difficulty of ex vivo expansion and functional persistence, which hinder large−scale clinical applications.
HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer during pregnancy: a case report and literature review
Introduction Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors during pregnancy, but the incidence of breast cancer during pregnancy is approximately 1/3000, with a median age at diagnosis of 32 years (1). Breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy accounts for 0.2%–3.8% of all breast cancer patients and about 4% of breast cancer patients under 45 years of age (2, 3).

Integrated transcriptomic analysis reveals dysregulated immune infiltration and pro-inflammatory cytokines in the secretory endometrium of recurrent implantation failure patients
Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) is a leading impediment to assisted reproductive technology, yet the underlying pathogenesis of RIF remains elusive. Recent studies have sought to uncover novel biomarkers and etiological factors of RIF by profiling transcriptomes of endometrial samples. Nonetheless, the inherent heterogeneity among published studies and a scarcity of experimental validations hinder the identification of robust markers of RIF.

β2MG as predictive biomarkers in HCC
Introduction Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a widespread solid malignancy and the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.1,2 Its estimated annual incidence is projected to exceed 1,000,000 cases by 2025.3 Resection is the most common cure for HCC worldwide, notably, according to the Chinese official guidelines and the clinical experience of our center and other country centers, intermediate and advanced-stage HCC patients could undergo resection, which is associated with...
The Convergence of IoT, LTE, AI and Cloud – Cloud Technology Partners
IoT, the Internet of Things, is the network of computing devices embedded in everyday objects that enables them to send and receive data. These devices are extremely diverse, depending on the use cases. For example, Amazon’s Echo device takes as input a human voice command “Alexa, play Hawaiian music,” sends it to Amazon Cloud, brings back Hawaiian music and plays it from the device. An industrial IoT device might be a GE engine that has 2,000 sensors in it sending maintenance data to the back end.
