Where is your favorite place to travel? Beach? Resort? City? Nature? Golf adventure? Spa getaway? Option trading has taken me all over the world. Not just in my role as a lecturer, but also for networking conferences. For the past few years, most of my experience with teaching or networking has been virtual. Yep. I’ve spent much of my time on those Zoom and GoTo Webinars many of you have seen me on. But this past week, I was in Palm Beach “pressing the flesh,” in real life, with real people.

That’s the world the Japanese have lived in, basically since the 90s. In fact, there were periods, where rates were actually negative during that time. Yes. I mean, “I’ll lend you $100, just pay me back $99.” That kind of thing. How did this all start?

Hey Wealth Building Family! I woke up this morning at astronomical twilight. One thing about waking up while it’s still dark outside at my house is that you have to be stealthy. If our excitable, 6.5-pound, 4-year-old Morkie catches any sign of stirring, she interprets it as Time to Get Up! Time to go outside, have breakfast, play fetch and follow you around the house. She’s cute as a button. But Morkies are a needy breed. Thankfully, she was cuddled up with Kathleen, snug as a bug in a rug.
