I am the transportation reporter for Smart Cities Dive. Previously, I served as correspondent for Trains Magazine and News Wire, where I wrote both news and features for online and print.

My byline also appears in CityLab, Grist, Salon, Sierra Magazine, Hakai Magazine, Mongabay and Pacific Standard. My writing career began as a business journalist for the WardsAuto group of automotive industry publications, reporting on manufacturers and suppliers, along with consumer, marketing, and government issues. I also have extensive experience in corporate communications, leading the public relations accounts for major international automotive brands.
