What was your first job as a journalist?

Photographer at a student newspaper.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

I don't like the "voice for the voiceless" saying. Being a journalist means I share people's stories. They have a voice, I amplify it.

What's your favorite social network?

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

I didn't. I thought it was cool, and looked forward to reading every issue, but at the time I didn't know I wanted to be a photojournalist.
