ELGIN, Texas — June 15 marks 14 years since former President Barrack signed the DREAM Act into law, as undocumented immigrants benefiting from the program currently face uncertainty brought on by federal courts. Among the many "Dreamers" is Laura Almeida, a mother of three who grew up in Elgin, Texas. "I usually say I was raised here, not born here because I was born in Mexico, but since I know I've been here like a little baby," Almeida said.
