(UroToday.com) The 2026 ProsTIC annual meeting featured a PSMA imaging session and a presentation by Dr. Daniel Moon discussing the PRIMARY 2 study. mpMRI has become an important component of the prostate cancer diagnostic pathway, but uncertainty remains regarding the optimal management of men with equivocal MRI findings or those with a nonsuspicious MRI who nonetheless have persistent clinical features concerning for prostate cancer.
Dynamic immune profiling predicts response to radiation plus anti-PD-1 therapy in oligometastatic renal cell carcinoma
|
Abstract Biomarkers that predict response to combined radiation and anti-PD-1 therapy in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) are poorly defined. RAPPORT trial (NCT02855203) is a prospective phase I/II study of stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SABR) and pembrolizumab in 30 patients with oligometastatic ccRCC.

Effect of [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET-CT in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in men with equivocal or clinically high-risk non-suspicious findings on multiparametric MRI (PRIMARY2): a multicentre, non-inferiority, phase 3, randomised controlled trial.
MRI is recommended for men with clinical suspicion of significant prostate cancer. Those with high clinical risk but non-suspicious or equivocal MRI often undergo prostate biopsy, but have a low likelihood of clinically significant prostate cancer, and a high incidence of clinically insignificant prostate cancer.

Six minutes to make customer contact
The contact center is often overlooked, yet it is a critical component of any organisation's service and experience architecture. It's within the walls of this hive of activity that people, processes and technology come together to connect with customers one-on-one. Organisations spend millions for the same privilege during the marketing journey. Traditionally, businesses have viewed the contact center through a short-term, cost-focused and technology-first lens.

Zack Steffen should not start for the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team
Loris Karius and Zack Steffen. What do they have in common? Well, they are the culprits of two of the most memorable mistakes made by a goalie in recent memory. As many fans would say, these mistakes are career-defining. Loris Karius, a goalie for Liverpool, single-handedly carried Real Madrid into their Champions League victory in 2018 from his two critical mistakes that led to two different goals.
