When federated users require access to DNS records in shared environments, you often turn to overly broad permissions or maintain separate policies per user. Both approaches create operational overhead and broader-than-necessary permissions that grow with your organization. Part 1 of this series showed you how to use AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) condition keys and principal tags for fine-grained Amazon Route 53 access within the same account.

Several weeks ago, I took the stage at Princeton University’s 2026 Commencement as this year’s valedictorian. My selection marked an institutional milestone: I am the university’s first valedictorian to major in African American Studies since the department’s founding in 2015. Networking & Content Delivery In Part 1 of this series, we demonstrated a scalable solution of using Amazon Web Services Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM) conditional keys and AWS principal tags for fine-grained access control of shared Amazon Route 53 hosted zones, public or private, in the same AWS account. As user environments grow, AWS administrators and network engineers need to manage DNS permissions across AWS accounts for shared Route 53 hosted zones.

ATG9A and ARFIP2 cooperate to regulate PI4P levels for lysosomal repair
ABSTRACT Lysosome damage activates multiple pathways to prevent lysosome-dependent cell death, including a repair mechanism involving ER-lysosome membrane contact sites, phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase- 2a (PI4K2A), phosphatidylinositol-4 phosphate (PI4P) and oxysterol-binding protein-related proteins (ORPs), lipid transfer proteins. PI4K2A localizes to trans-Golgi network and endosomes yet how it is delivered to damaged lysosomes remains unknown.
