By Danielle Combs Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development OSU Extension Highland County Highland County 4-H was well-represented again this year at the Ohio State Fair. We were able to catch a few of the local 4-H members for a photo. Those who exhibit at the Ohio State Fair represent Highland County 4-H extremely well. These youths are involved in a variety of activities, and it is often difficult to get them together for a photo.
