1 Background Cancer is a complex and multistage disease with high morbidity and mortality worldwide [1, 2]. Current diagnostic and prognostic approaches are insufficient for effective clinical management of the disease. Tumor markers, imaging tests, and tissue biopsy cannot characterize the complex temporal or spatial heterogeneity of tumors and metastatic lesions [1-5].

1. Introduction Breast cancer is the most incident and is the leading cause of death among cancers in women [1]. In Brazil, it is the second cancer type more incident in women with a rate of 43.74 per 100 hundred women in 2021. In the same year, this rate was 18.24 in state of Pará [2]. Since it is a very heterogeneous pathology, patients prognosis have many variables as the breast tumor subtypes based on HER2 and hormonal receptors expressions [3].
