To me, being a journalist means diving deep into topics and sharing untold stories or ideas from different POVs.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I love thoughtful pitches that feel personalized. I hate anything that feels spammy.

Currently, TikTok.
Why did you become a journalist?
I am an insatiably curious person and I love a good story. I have been like this for as long as I can remember.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I loved researching and writing my recent piece on the 5 Best Street Food Spots in the World. It was like living a dream.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Find what moves you and stick to that. It's how you find your authenticity, your voice.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
I am a certified beach bum, so hopefully there, but if not you can also find me on the yoga mat or the dance floor.
