Dovne patienter, tomme stole og læger, der venter forgæves. Skattekroner direkte ud af vinduet. Sådan tegnes billedet af udeblivelser fra aftaler på danske hospitaler i den offentlige debat. Men resultaterne fra vores nye studie viser, at virkeligheden er en anden i Region Syddanmark: Næsten alle patienter møder faktisk frem som planlagt. Kun cirka to procent af de planlagte aftaler gennemføres ikke. Men selv et lavt niveau har betydning i et sundhedsvæsen med mange millioner kontakter hvert år.
