Darryl Mitteldorf, LCSW is an oncology social worker, who initiated the field of lgbt psycho-onoclogy in 1997. He is the founder of several cancer survivor support and advocacy organizations, such as the national men's cancer survivor nonprofit, Malecare (1998), The National LGBT Cancer Project (2005) and the Global Prostate Cancer Alliance (2012).
