PHOENIX — On July 6, Charlie Kirk’s loved ones are expected to be in the same room as the man accused of killing the conservative activist. This week, 23-year-old Tyler Robinson will face a Utah judge during a five-day preliminary hearing to find out if he will officially be tried for murder. Prosecutors plan to call for the death penalty against Robinson. It's a move that comes as Kirk's parents and his widow, Erika, prepare to see the suspect in person for the very first time.
