Recommendations for Managing Tenant Communications
I’m curious how other owner/managers or small-scale PMs (less than ~20 units) handle tenant communication, especially around maintenance requests. Currently I'm only managing two units, so I'm happy with having my tenants simply text me when they have problems because it's still a manageable amount of volume. I also feel that this approach is preferred by the tenants from an ease of communication standpoint, as opposed to logging tickets in a portal.
Here are 30 reasons to oppose President Donald Trump — and there are plenty more
Here are 30 reasons why I oppose President Donald Trump: 1. He is a liar who has told more than 18,000 documented lies since taking office. 2. He continues to downplay the rising coronavirus pandemic — and continues to refuse to accept any responsibility for fighting it. 3. He endangers fellow Americans by holding mass rallies during an ongoing pandemic. 4. He repeatedly attacks the media and has no concept of the need for a robust free press to preserve our democracy and way of life. 5.
Letter: Without key COVID-19 answers, it's better to continue to 'hunker down'
OPINION David Proffitt, Letter to Editor Submission Published 12:20 p.m. ET April 25, 2020 These seven questions should be published above the fold on the first page of the newspaper and prominently displayed on your website every single day: If I believe I am sick from COVID-19, where exactly do I go to get tested? State leaders agree they want to fund education improvements, but that’s about all they agree on. Three proposed plans differ on the amount, the timeline and how to pay for it. North Carolina House Speaker Tim Moore rolled out a bond referendum proposal on Feb. 27 that could bring $10 million to Jackson County schools. Less than a week later, Gov. Roy Cooper released his proposed budget that “invests $210 million in FY 2019-20 and $390 million in FY 2020-21” in education via a bond.
Accessibility planning in American metropolitan areas: Are we there yet?
Transportation-planning researchers have long argued that the end goal of a transportation system is increasing accessibility, or opportunities for individuals to meet their daily needs, but that US practice tends to focus on increasing mobility, or opportunities to travel farther and faster.
