David Farkas’s Biography

I write about restaurants and food, having covered both for nearly 25 years as a reporter, food writer and hired belly. I’m currently a freelance writer whose subjects also include finance and franchising. I was a regular restaurant critic for the Cleveland Plain Dealer for 16 years, reviewing Northeast Ohio eateries from 1998 to 2014.
