The Punch Brothers still remain a modern bluegrass/New Acoustic all-star band after two decades of making music together. With Chris Thile on mandolin, Noam Pikelny on banjo, Chris Eldridge on guitar and Paul Kowert on the bass, their collective biographies and discographies would take pages to completely list in full. The last time The Punch Brothers performed at The Schaefer Center for the Performing Arts here in Boone in 2019, Gabe Witcher was their fiddler.
