A two-arm parallel cluster randomized controlled pragmatic trial was used to evaluate the effects of HEWs led home-based intervention on clinical linkage and treatment in hypertensive patients. Two rural areas of northwest Ethiopia, namely Gondar Zuria district located in Central Gondar Zone and Dabat district located in the North Gondar Administrative Zone of the Amhara Region in Ethiopia, were selected for this trial.

A school-based comparative cross-sectional study was conducted among public school-going adolescent girls (SGGs) in the selected schools of the Janamora district. The study was conducted on public school-going adolescent girls from April 2023 to May 2023 at Janamora district public schools. The Janamora district is located in the North Gondar zone. It is one of the 181 districts of the Amhara region. The Janamora district is 907 km away from Addis Abeba, which is the capital city of Ethiopia.

We explored key interpretations, acknowledge limitations, and offer evidence-based recommendations. The current systematic review and meta-analysis reveals the prevalence and associated factors of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in pediatric individuals aged 0–18 years in Africa.
