Methods Constructivist grounded theory methodology informed participant recruitment and data analysis. It is anticipated that this linkage might be the first of many linkages between these two datasets, with this protocol providing the basis for future linkages as well as being refined over time. Analysis data, to be provided by data custodians, will be reviewed for any indications of false matches and analysed for bias between different linkage passes to provide feedback on the linkage protocol. The linked dataset will be analysed to address the research questions.
