The “Kingdom of Zod” crossover continues in Supergirl #17 by picking up where Superman #41 left off in August. At this point in the crossover, the story is a bit of a disjointed mess across the various Superman titles, in part due to various storylines happening at once and in part due to feeling like there are still gaps in the narrative. The disjointed execution is resulting in characters having one status quo one minute and having a new status quo the next time we see them.
