The differential clinical and imaging characteristics between immunocompromised (ICP) and non-immunocompromised (NICP) patients remain incompletely characterized, limiting precision in diagnosis and management. Method: A retrospective study was conducted on 117 patients with confirmed PC from a single tertiary center.

Abstract Background: Salivary secretory carcinoma (SSC) is a rare salivary gland malignancy characterized by recurrent ETV6-related gene fusions and generally classified as low grade. However, age-specific outcome data in pediatric and young adult patients remain limited. The present study aimed to characterize clinicopathologic features and clinical outcomes of SSC in younger patients and to contextualize these findings through an integrated analysis of published cases.
