Pulmonary cryptococcosis with or without immunocompromise: a retrospective comparative study of clinical and CT features and influential factors for lesion absorption
Abstract Background: Pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC) is an invasive fungal infection with rising incidence in immunocompetent populations. The differential clinical and imaging characteristics between immunocompromised (ICP) and non-immunocompromised (NICP) patients remain incompletely characterized, limiting precision in diagnosis and management. Method: A retrospective study was conducted on 117 patients with confirmed PC from a single tertiary center.

In second sign language education for hearing learners, instruction is typically delivered by either Deaf (L1) or hearing (L2) teachers, each offering distinct pedagogical affordances. This study investigates a co-teaching model that integrates both L1 and L2 instructors to support the construction of a dynamic translanguaging space in bimodal classrooms.
