In 2013 Michelle and I decided to sell the home she had and find something together and make it our own. Being in real estate for 13 years but not a licensed Realtor in Florida I am sure I was a pain!  We looked around at several homes and Michelle found the one we bought in the newspaper. We called the agent and set up a showing, it was ugly!  The exterior was read between the lines, baby poop yellow trimmed in a darker (S***) brown.

VIDEO Every once in a while you need to escape the daily routine whatever it is and make a mad dash to the beach!  Summer in Florida is the perfect time of the year to do it!  We are about 80 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and Daytona Beach Shores and a perfect get a way for a few days. We have always used Airbnb and can find places for $100 a night including cleaning and taxes. Maybe three or four days in the middle of the week or a long weekend.
