After Penn State University's president announced plans to potentially close several PSU branch campuses, a state representative says she will introduce a series of bills to require public input and legislative approval when closing campuses. Last month, to the PSU community that 12 locations, including York and Mont Alto in Franklin County, are under review. She said the university is responding to financial pressures and declining enrollment.
