Electroacupuncture alleviates chronic pain and comorbid depression through Gut-Metabolite-Brain axis remodeling to restore mPFC Glu/GABA balance
Abstract The comorbidity of chronic pain and depression is increasingly recognized as a systemic disorder involving dysregulated microbiota–gut–brain communication. Although electroacupuncture (EA) has demonstrated therapeutic efficacy for both pain and depression, the mechanisms linking peripheral microbial-metabolic remodeling to central neurotransmitter regulation remain incompletely understood.
METTL3 Alleviates Liver Abscess by Enhancing Macrophage Efferocytosis via m 6 A Methylation of Nrf2 mRNA
1 Introduction The core pathological mechanism of liver abscess (LA), a severe suppurative infectious disease, is the failure to promptly clear large amounts of necrotic cells and pathogen fragments within the infection site [1]. Consequently, this triggers an excessive and persistent inflammatory response, exacerbating local tissue damage and significantly affecting patients' clinical prognosis [2].
Superior flexibility merges high power density in single-crystal Bi 2 Te 3 film thermoelectric generators
Abstract Developing high-performance, mechanically robust power sources is critical for wearable microelectronic networks. Flexible thermoelectric technology offers a promising solution, but the central challenge remains the synergistic optimization of mechanical flexibility and functional performance in high-efficiency materials. Here, we report an antisite defect suppression strategy to resolve these conflicting demands in Bi2Te3 single-crystal thin films.
Weakly-supervised deep learning on pathological whole-slide images for cutaneous vasculitis and its mimickers: a high-performance diagnostic support tool
Abstract Cutaneous vasculitis represents a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by inflammation and necrosis of blood vessels within the skin, with or without systemic involvement. The pathological diagnosis of cutaneous vasculitis remains a significant challenge due to its pathological manifestations overlapping with various inflammatory skin diseases and the inherent subjectivity of manual diagnostic criteria.
Ultra-narrowband perovskite single-crystal photodetector enabled by dynamic space charge region for portable concentration detection
Abstract Narrowband photodetectors with wavelength-selective light response are essential for applications involving environmental monitoring and biomedical sensing. Although perovskites with excellent optoelectronic characteristics and tunable bandgaps have been demonstrated as promising candidates for the realization of narrowband detection, their practical performance still lags behind the combination of traditional photodetectors with optical filters.

ApoDock: Ligand-Conditioned Sidechain Packing for Flexible Molecular Docking
Abstract Molecular docking is a crucial technique for elucidating protein-ligand interactions. Machine learning-based docking methods offer promising advantages over traditional approaches, with significant potential for further development. However, many current machine learning-based methods face challenges in ensuring the physical plausibility of generated docking poses.
ConoDL: A Deep Learning Framework for Rapid Generation and Prediction of Conotoxins
Abstract Conotoxins, being small disulfide-rich and bioactive peptides, manifest notable pharmacological potential and find extensive applications. However, the exploration of conotoxins' vast molecular space using traditional methods is severely limited, necessitating the urgent need of developing novel approaches. Recently, deep learning (DL)-based methods have advanced to the molecular generation of proteins and peptides.
Structural Models of Human Norepinephrine Transporter Ensemble Reveal the Allosteric Sites and Ligand-Binding Mechanism
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The norepinephrine transporter (NET) plays a pivotal role in recycling norepinephrine (NE) from the synaptic cleft. However, the structures referring to the conformational heterogeneity of NET during the transport cycle remain poorly understood.
Identification of IGF2 promotes skin wound healing by co‐expression analysis
1 INTRODUCTION As the largest organ of human body, skin serves as the first line of defence for maintaining internal homeostasis and resisting external damage, and is susceptible to damage.1-3 Under normal circumstances, skin wounds heal with scar.1-4 However, compared with skin wounds, fetal and oral mucosal wounds heal faster and rarely form scars, but the molecular mechanisms still not fully understood.2, 5 Therefore, to explore the molecular mechanism of scarless wound healing and dissect...

Ligand binding affinity prediction with fusion of graph neural networks and 3D structure-based complex graph
Ligand binding affinity prediction with fusion of graph neural networks and 3D structure-based complex graph Accurate prediction of protein-ligand binding affinity is pivotal for drug design and discovery. Here, we proposed a novel deep fusion graph neural networks framework named FGNN to learn the protein−ligand interactions from the 3D structures of protein−ligand complexes.
Study on Soil Moisture Characteristics in Southern China Karst Plant Community Structure Types
Abstract : An understanding of soil moisture variation patterns under different plant community structures is crucial for the restoration of vegetation in southern China karst regions. Therefore, four plant community structure types: arbor + herb (AH), shrub + herb (SH), arbor + shrub + herb (ASH), and herb (H), were selected as the research objects.
Characteristics of Soil Moisture Variation in Agroforestry in Karst Region
Abstract : The special above-ground and underground dual structure in the karst area makes the capacity of surface water storage in this area poor. In water-limited ecosystems, soil moisture is the key to the survival of plants. Influenced by rainfall and soil texture, soil moisture variation characteristics of different vegetation types are different in slope land.

Mechanistic effects of solvent systems on the Ni-Sn-catalyzed hydrodeoxygenation of lignin derivatives to none-oxygenates
Mechanistic effects of solvent systems on the Ni–Sn-catalyzed hydrodeoxygenation of lignin derivatives to none-oxygenates† The presence of water in organic systems usually inhibits the activity of the reaction. In the biphasic system composed of water–decane, the distribution of lignin-derived m-cresol hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) products catalyzed by Ni–Sn was affected by the presence of water. Water can facilitate the hydrogenation process by the dissociation of water to produce H protons.
