Dominic Gutoman is a human rights journalist with the independent non-profit media outfit Bulatlat, where he leads the newsroom chapter of the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines. He recently won an international journalism award in New York—the Gold Prize of the Elizabeth Neuffer Memorial Prize—from the United Nations Correspondents Association (2025).
