To the Editor, Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL) is an indolent B-cell lymphoma with a distinct biology and favorable prognosis [1]. However, a subset of patients experience histologic transformation (HT) to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), an event generally associated with adverse outcomes in other indolent lymphomas [2]. The incidence and clinical implications of HT in NLPHL are incompletely defined.
