He has visited distilleries throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and Europe where he has learned from the experts at the cutting edge of the spirits industry.
He is also a lifelong musician who has written music reviews, feature stories, and album descriptions for artists and record labels. When not writing or enjoying a pour of bourbon, Dylan spends his free time reading obsessively and cooking for himself and his partner.
