To explore surgical techniques and anatomic spaces in the sidewall to assist with difficult pelvic sidewall dissections due to endometriosis and fibrosis. Patient is a 32-yo G0 with pelvic pain and known stage IV endometriosis desiring definitive surgical management. Patient underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy, right oophorectomy, right ureterolysis and lysis of adhesions.

Study Objective To describe the VIPER technique for the laparoscopic management of cornual ectopic pregnancy; a technique that minimizes blood loss and mitigates risk of conversion to laparotomy. Setting NSQIP-participating hospitals across the United States. Patients or Participants 52,909 women who underwent hysterectomy and 15,485 who underwent myomectomy between 2015 and 2019.
